Crazy times at the shop…

Yep, I work alone so this is bound to happen.

    Next Tuesday, June 15th, I will be loading up trailer and heading to Oxford, Hernando and Memphis on deliveries. All was well and fine with 12 trees to make, but now the anty is up to 15. Plus, I have to finish and install 2 , 10’ gates for a fish camp on Saturday. Am I complaining? Nooooooo…..happy to be blessed with work for sure. But this many trees means getting up at 3 in the morning and staying in the shop till 7. My girl Maggie hates it!! She always looks at me like…why? All I can say is you do the work while you have it because it’s not always there. My reward is staying at the Shack Up Inn in Clarksdale. I heard they put Moon Pies on your pillow….that makes me happy! Not that I’m going to eat it before I go to bed,  it’s just a nice gesture that someone is looking out for you with something so simple as a sweet treat. Wow…I’m looking at the screen with my eyes, but my body says “go to bed girl, you got stuff to build!”  So, it’s time to say goodnight because I have to listen to what my body and heart tells me! Over and out friends!!
